- Q. When should I apply? How do I apply?
- N's Court 139 Lego is available from the end of March 2009. For information about room availability, submit online inquiry form.
- Q. From how many days do you accept?
- We accept from 15 days of stay.
- Q. What do I need when applying and for the contract?

* We may ask for copy of corporate registration.- Q. Will there be occupancy reviews? Do I need a guarantor?
- Yes, we have occupancy reviews based on our criteria. Although a guarantor is not needed, information of your family is required for emergency. We also check and investigate your information to confirm.
- Q. How many persons are acceptable per room?
- Up to 2 persons can live in a room.
- Q. Can a person other than the contractor visit?
- Visitors are allowed during the days, but staying for the night is prohibited.
- Q. Are pets allowed?
- I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.
- Q. Can I take a look of a room?
- If there is an empty room, we arrange a tour to a room at your request.
Please let us know when you are available and make a reservation for a tour.
Tour available from 9:00 to 18:00. * Please note that we may not satisfy your requested time. - Q. Can I move in the day I apply?
- Procedures usually take 3 to 7 business days. Procedures include occupancy reviews, contract procedures, payment of contract money, and we give you a key after confirming the payment.
Therefore, moving in the day you apply is not accepted. - Q. Can I cancel before moving in?
- Yes. However, we charge you cancel fee 20,000yen from 7 days before move-in.
Questions about fee and costs
- Q. If 2 people are moving in one room, how much will the cost be?
- 900yen each day is added to rent fee, 200yen is added each day to utilities.
- Q. Do I need to pay the deposit?
- No. Rental fee, utilities, cleaning fee when move-in are all you will pay.
- Q. How do I pay for utilities? What if I use too much of it?
- Electricity, gas and water fee are included in utilities. However, if you use too much, we can ask you to pay extra. You are responsible for NHK subscription free.
- Q. Do I pay extra when moving out?
- It usually doesn't cost, but if there is any defacement or damages, or you leave your belongings or trash in the room, we charge you extra later.
Questions about Rooms
- Q. Is there a land phone in a room?
- There is no land phone in a room. You are responsible for installing a land phone at your expense. We do not carry out for applying.
Please note that you will have to pay construction cost. - Q. Is there a parking lot?
- I'm sorry, but there is not a parking lot. If you have a car, please use Coin Parking (Parking meter) nearby.
We do not intermediate or introduce a parking lot. We have bicycle parking lot (no motorcycle is allowed to park.) - Q. Is there an Internet access?
- Yes, Internet access is available. Please prepare a computer and LAN cable.
* Internet access is free, however it is strictly prohibited to use Internet for commercial gain, business aims, highly-confidential purposes, or that connecting problems could occur, that have potential for harm to third person, or that conflict with the law. We are not responsible for any problems about internet connection unless it is us who caused serious faults intentionally or negligently.
* We are not responsible for personal troubles such as your computer's lack of Internet connection we provide.
* In case Internet connection problem happens, it will take a few days to fix or to find causes. We do not provide alternate service or reduce the rent fee during lack of Internet access. - Q. Can you tell me the details of furniture and equipment?
- Rooms are well furnished so you can start living there as soon as you move in.
e.g. bed, refrigerator, laundry machine, microwave, LCD Television, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cooking equipment, and dishes, etc. - Q. What if I break the equipment?
- We may ask you for the replacing cost for the broken equipment if broke intentionally or negligently.
- Q. Do you refill consumable goods during my stay?
- No, we do not refill consumable goods. Please purchase what you need yourself.
- Q. Can I borrow something that's not equipped?
- We have some equipment you may borrow. Please ask for details.
Questions about Payment
- Q. How can I make a payment?
- The followings are available.
* Transfer money to the designated account.
* Pay by credit card ( VISA, Master, JCB, American Express is available)
Questions about a Key
- Q. What time can I move in on the move-in day?
- You can move in from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Q. How do I receive a key? What do I need to receive a key?
- We give you the key at the apartment you are moving in between 9:00 to 18:00 on move-in day.
What you need to bring:
* Corporation: Name card or employee ID card (something that proves you are employee), and your ID.
* Individual: Your ID and seal engraved (signature accepted)
Terminating / extending a contract
- Q. Can I extend the contract?
- Since it is leasehold for fixed term, you cannot extend the contract. If you wish to extend, re-contract is what you have to do. If you'd like to extend, please let us know by 1 month before contract ends. After the contract ends, we may not be able to re-contract depending on room availability.
- Q. Can I terminate a contract?
- Please let us know 1 month before the day you wish to move out. It is possible to move out immediately if you pay rent and utility for 1 month. If the contract is less than a month, we cannot pay you back.
Questions about Front Desk and Other facilities
- Q. How long is the front desk open?
- It is open from 7:00 to 21:00.
- Q. How long is Mini Shop is open?
- It is open from 7:00 to 21:00. There are frequently used goods in everyday life such as newspapers, magazines.
- Q. Can I use the lounge?
- Please let us know at the front desk.
- Q. I want to use Fitness Lounge.
- Please let us know at the front desk.
- Q. Can I use Sauna room?
- Please let us know at the front desk.
- Q. Can I use Trunk room?
- Please let us know at the front desk. It is paid service. Please note that it may be full of use.
Other Questions
- Q. Do I have to have Japanese citizenship?
- If you meet one of the conditions below, nationality won't matter.
1. To have emergency contact number of a Japanese person who is contract agent and carries out all the procedures from applying to move-out.
2. To understand a contract and all documents in Japanese. - Q. Can I switch a resident?
- For individual:
No. If you wish to change, you need a new contract procedure.
For Corporation:
Yes. But move-in/out of general public is not allowed. Please turn in information of a resident when changing. - Q. Can I send my stuff to the room before moving in?
- Please send your belongings after the time of move-in.
